Job Description:
- Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards
- Reviewing and analyzing product and process data to identify trends and potential issues, and developing solutions to address them
- Conducting audits of processes and systems to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements
- Developing and implementing test plans and procedures to ensure products meet performance and reliability requirements
- Conducting root cause analyses to identify and address the underlying causes of quality issues
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
